A few mid-sized rolling mills in Jalna and Mumbai have raised rebar (10-25mm) offers by up to INR 1,500/t, d-o-d, to INR 52,500-52,800/t exw-Jalna and INR 53,100 exw-Mumbai. Prices have been raised in the spot market due to fast-rising raw materials prices which has resulted in higher finished steel offers, SteelMint understands.
