Neelanchal Ispat , Stated owned Pig Iron manufacturer based at Cuttak has raised its offer prices by Rs. 800/MT on Thursday morning. Pig iron Steel grade after the hike is being offered at Rs 25,500/MT Ex- works.
“Other Pig iron manufacturers based in Odisha have also raised their prices by Rs. 200-300/MT,” said market sources.
Steel grade Pig Iron at Raipur is trading at Rs. 28,000/MT. Whereas, in Durgapur, Steel Grade trades same at Rs. 26,500/MT.
