Korea Western Power Company Limited (KOWEPO) has published a tender for the purchase of 1.83 MnT steam coal for its TAEAN Power Plant, Korea. Deliveries of coal shall begin from March 2018 and shall continue thereafter for a period of Five years until April 2022.

Note:
1. East Russian and Chinese coal is not allowed for LT-01.
2. South African, Colombian, East USA, West Russian coal is only allowed for LT-02.
3. The difference between the guaranteed NCV and the limit of range for NCV shall be less than 100kcal/kg (within 100kcal/kg)
4. Shipment Size & Delivery Term LT-01 : Cape (165,000mt) on FOBT basis only, LT-03 : Panamax (76,000mt) on FOBT basis only and LT-02 : Kamsarmax( 80,000mt) on FOBT basis only.
