Indonesian shipments of mine products fall m-o-m in Jan’26

Indonesian shipments of mined products (imports + exports) decreased by 9% m-o-m to 7.75 mnt in Jan’26, down from 8.47 mnt in Dec’25.

• Jakarta: Shipments dropped 2% m-o-m to 3.04 mnt from 3.11 mnt.
• Surabaya: Volumes fell by 20% to 2.58 mnt from 3.22 mnt.
• North Sumatra: Shipments declined 1% to 1.03 mnt versus 1.04 mnt.
• South Sulawesi: Shipments up by 5% to 0.88 mnt versus 0.84 mnt.
• East Kalimantan: Shipments down by 12% to 0.23 mnt from 0.26 mnt.
