UltraTech Cement’s Managing Director Kailash Chandra Jhanwar will complete his term on 31 December 2026 and assume the role of Non-Executive Vice Chairman from 1 January 2027, following the board’s approval. Meanwhile, the board has approved K.K. Maheshwari’s resignation as Non-Executive Vice Chairman, effective 1 January 2027, following his decision to step down due to personal commitments.
