India: SECL to auction around 240,000 t of coal

South Eastern Coalfields Ltd (SECL) will conduct an e-auction on 13 Nov’25, offering 238,500 t of coal, mostly of the non-coking variant across grades G6, G7, G8, G9, and G12. Additionally, SC-II will also be offered. The auction follows SECL’s successful allocation of around 728,000 t in late October, indicating sustained buying interest from industrial consumers and traders across a wide range of calorific value grades.
