India: Rebar producers in Goa raise gauge parity by INR 500/t

Rebar manufacturers in Goa have revised the gauge parity by INR 500/t effective from 1 Oct’21 for all sizes (8mm to 32mm). Re-rollers have increased the gauge parity after a gap of nine months to improve their margins. However, two rebar manufacturers were already following the revised gauge parity out of a total of five producers (as shown in table above), SteelMint learnt from sources.
