Orient Cement has announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Kajal Saxena, effective from the close of business hours on 18 September, 2026. Following her cessation, Whole-time Director and CEO Vaibhav Dixit and Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Pranjali Dubey are authorised to determine materiality and make regulatory disclosures on behalf of the company.
