About 2,500 tonnes (t) billets deals were reported from the plants in various markets of Jharkhand. The deals were concluded at a price range of INR 51,200-51,500/t exw, on advance payment basis.
Decent trades have been witnessed despite increased prices. Rolling mill owners were active in restocking billets in advance to secure their position, SteelMint understands.
