India: Hindalco, Balco lower aluminium ingot prices by INR 2,500/t ($33/t)

Hindalco and Balco reduced primary aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 2,500/t ($33/t) today, as against 26 Apr’22.
Hindalco’s effective price is at INR 270,000/t ($3,539/t) exw, while Balco’s price stands at INR 272,500/t ($3,572/t) exw.
The three-month LME aluminum contract price was recorded at $3,132/t yesterday, up $38/t as against $3,094/t the previous trading day.
