IF-route heavy structure steel manufacturers in Raipur opened stable prices today at INR 57,000/t exw, for size 150mm channel. Despite lack of buying enquiries, producers preferred to wait and watch before revising offers. However, this led to the increase in trade discounts in the spot market which are at INR 1,200-1,500/t. Notably, prices of structural steel via blast furnace route of size-125-200mm Channel stand at INR 56,500/t ex-plant in Durgapur.
