Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur remained stable at INR 54,500/t exw today for basic size 150mm channel. With rise in semi-finished steel prices in late hours of last trading session, structural steel manufacturers kept prices firm in hopes of better transactions. However, market remain volatile in the spot market. Suppliers are also offering trade discounts ranging around INR 800-1000/t, sources told SteelMint.
