Heavy structural steel manufacturers in Raipur increased prices by INR 500/t today. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 62,500/t exw. Slight improvement in raw material (sponge iron and billet) prices along with moderate trades in structural steel prompted manufacturers to raise offers. Trade discounts offered by the suppliers are at around INR 1,000/t.
