India: Around 120,000 t of iron ore fetch bids in Odisha miners auction

Around 116,000 t of iron ore received bids in 2 auctions from Odisha-based miners, both of which were held today.

• AMNS Sagasahi: 48,000-t lumps (5-18mm, Fe 58.5-62.5%) booked at INR 6,425-7,600/t and 48,000-t fines (Fe 53.5-56.5%) at INR 2,950-3,800/t. Some lots received premiums of INR 50-100/t.
• SAIL Bolani: 20,000-t dump fines (Fe 61.57%) booked at INR 5,500/t against the base price of INR 5,050/t.
• Prices include royalty.
