AM/NS India has awarded Danieli Corus a contract to build a new pellet plant at their Visakhapatnam site. This new plant will increase the company’s pellet production capacity from 8 to 12 mnt/year and will produce both BF- and DR-grade pellets. The plant is expected to begin operations in 2027 and is part of the company’s expansion including greenfield BF operations in Hazira.
