Aluminium scrap prices remained supportive on improved buying inquiries and hike in exchanges prices on a d-o-d basis. Although primary players like Hindalco and Balco have cut their offer prices today for aluminium ingot P1020 by up to INR 2,750/t exw basis, trade participants believe that this may not impact the sentiments much and prices should remain range bound.
