Steel billet prices in China’s Tangshan continue to remain stable for the fifth consecutive day at RMB 3,550/t ($525/t), inclusive of 13% VAT on 26 Jul’22. According to data maintained with SteelMint, China’s SHFE rebar futures contract for Oct’22 delivery closed today at RMB 3,888/t ($575/t), witnessing a marginal increase of RMB 29/t ($4/t), d-o-d.
