HBIS floats tender for purchase of 25,900t silicomanganese in Jan ’21

Hebei Iron and Steel Group, one of the largest steel company in China has floated a tender for the procurement of 25,900 t silicomanganese in Jan ’21, which is 1500 t higher than the previous month. In December, the tender was awarded at RMB 6350/t. It is expected that the bids might hit the RMB 7,000/t mark in the upcoming tender.
