Daily crude steel production at CISA mills rises marginally in mid-April

As per CISA data, the average daily output of crude steel in China stood at 2.23 mnt. In mid-Apr’22, the average daily steel output was 2.15 mnt, an increase of 3.20% m-o-m but down 2.64% y-o-y. The average daily output of pig iron in mid-Apr was 1.95 mnt, down 0.39% m-o-m and 1.52% y-o-y.
