According to data from the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), the average daily crude steel output of key steel enterprises stood at 1.76 mn t in mid Nov’21. Daily steel production has decreased by 36,700 t compared to Oct – a decrease of 2.04%, m-o-m. Notably, daily production decreased by 16.59%, y-o-y. China produced 71.6 mn t of crude steel in Oct’21, down 23.3% compared to Oct’20.
