The steel inventory of key enterprises in China was 13.927 mn t in mid-Nov’21, up 420,400 t from Oct – or roughly 3% m-o-m, CISA data shows. Steel inventories climbed 1.08 mn t from the end of the previous month and 2.30 mn t compared to the beginning of the year. Inventories at mills increased 1.35 mn t over the year-ago period – a rise of 10.80%.
