China: Steel inventory at CISA mills declines in late September

Steel inventory at Chinese mills in late Sep’22 stood at 15.88 mnt, down 1.77 mnt, or 10.07%, m-o-m, as per CISA data.

• Inventory declined by 60,100 t or 0.38% m-o-m.
• Compared with the beginning of the year, inventory increased by 4.58 mnt.
• Inventory increased by 3.92 mnt or 32.86% compared to the same period of last year.
