China: Crude steel output drops marginally in late September

The average daily crude steel output of CISA-affiliated mills stood at 2.13 mnt in late Sep’22, falling 0.7% m-o-m.
The average daily finished steel output rose by 5.88% m-o-m to 2.22 mnt during the last 15 days of Sep. Output increased by 19.2% on y-o-y basis.
The average daily output of pig iron fell marginally by 0.71% m-o-m to 1.95 mnt in end Sep.
