Beicai Nantong Metal Technology Co., in China’s Shandong province is building a stainless steel cold rolling project with an estimated investment of RMB 2 billion (over $300 million). The first phase of the project will see an 18-roll five-stand continuous rolling line being built apart from a high-speed continuous annealing and pickling line, which will have a designed annual capacity of 600,000 t.
