Banaskantha District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd also known as Banas Dairy has manufacturing facilities of dairy products at Palanpur and cattle feed at Katarva. The tentative monthly requirement of coal in the company is 3,900 MT for Palanpur and 300 MT for Katarva plant. For these plants Imported coal is used as main fuel.
The company invites tender for purchase of 10,000 MT imported coal within two months for dairy and cattle-feed plant at Palanpur and Katarva respectively situated in Banaskantha district, Gujrat, India.
Bidder should have experience of supplying at least 10,000 MT imported coal to any one or more reputed firms in last one year (Aug’15 to Sep’16).
The bids will be valid for the period of 90 days from the date of bid opening.
The bidder shall have to enclose the following documents during bidding process
1. List of all the purchase orders of supply during last 36 months along with any one performance certificate.
2. Excise/sales tax document issued by government or semi government department which proves that the bidder is in business for the required period.
3. Bidder shall be registered with the office of competent authority or under statutory bodies at the time of bid opening. In order to support this bidder shall submit a copy of registration certificate/partnership deed/article of association/PAN card/sales tax registration certificate.

Due date for bid submission is 22 Nov’16 at 13:30 hrs and the techno-commercial opening is on same day at 15:00 hrs.
