Anglo American’s iron ore production stood at 8.3 mnt in Q1CY’22, down 21% y-o-y from 10.6 mnt in Q1CY’21 given the tough operating conditions.
Production edged down by 15% q-o-q as against 9.7 mnt in Q4CY’21.
Meanwhile, sales decreased by 8% to 9.5 mnt in the period under review.
