Gujarat based major mid-scale mill – Electrotherm Steel (ET TMT) has raised their rebar offers today by INR 3,400-3,500/t. Current offers for 12 mm rebar stand at INR 38,600/t FoR Ahmedabad. As per sources, the company bagged a government project which is the main factor behind the hike in price. Other mills may also raise offers following the suit.
