Vietnam: Bulk coal, coke imports fall 26% m-o-m in Jul’25

Vietnam’s bulk coal and coke imports (coking, non-coking, and met coke) reached 3.4 mnt in Jul’25, marking a 26.1% m-o-m fall from 4.6 mnt in Jun’25 and a 35% y-o-y drop from 5.2 mnt in Jul’24. Australia remained the leading supplier, exporting 1.54 mnt, down 33.3% m-o-m, followed by Indonesia at 1.09 mnt, down 23% m-o-m.
