US Produces 75 MnT of Coal in Oct’15

Latest release from EIA (US Energy Information Agency) states that US coal production has fallen by 12% Y-o-Y in Oct’15.

US, the world’s 2nd largest coal producer, has reported a downfall of about 10 MnT in coal production in the month of Oct’15 against Oct’14.

According to latest analysis of EIA (US Energy Information Agency), US monthly coal production was assessed at about 75 MnT in Oct’15. The country had produced about 85 MnT coal in Oct’14. However, a minor drop of 1% is witnessed in US coal production M-o-M.
