Update on India’s Anti-dumping Duty case on CRC

In a recent update on anti-dumping duty case concerning imports of CRC, DGAD (Director General of Anti-Dumping & Allied Duties) has called all the interested parties in local hearing of the case to be held on 13 Oct’16 at 3.30 pm at New Delhi.

The list of interested parties includes:

Embassies of the subject countries
Producers/Exporters/Importers/Traders/Users/Representative Organisations, etc. as mentioned in the preliminary findings notification dated 03.08.2016

The investigation of the case was initiated by the DGAD on 19 Apr’16 after which On 3 Aug’16, DGAD recommended provisional anti-dumping duty for six months on imports of CRC originating from China, Japan, Korea and Ukraine. However, the final decision on the same is still awaited.
