Ukraine: Steelmakers’ rolled steel production rises 46% y-o-y in Jun’24

Ukrainian steelmakers have released its production figures for Jun’24.

• Production volume of rolled products saw a 46% y-o-y increase to 572,000 t. On m-o-m basis, the output went down by 3.9% in Jun’24.
• Steel production rose by 68.4% y-o-y to 735,000 t. In Jun’24, steel output edged down by 0.4% m-o-m.
• Pig iron output increased by 29.4% y-o-y to 629,000 t in Jun’24. Output dropped by 3.8% m-o-m.
