Turkiye: Ferrous scrap imports down by 8% m-o-m in Nov’22

Turkiye’s ferrous scrap imports were recorded at 1.33 mnt in Nov’22, slightly down by 8% m-o-m from 1.44 mnt in Oct’22, as per SteelMint’s data.
The Netherlands was the largest supplier at 291,974 t, followed by the United States and the UK at 141,979 t and 95,647, respectively.
A total volume of 19.39 mnt has been imported by the nation in Jan-Nov’22, down by 11% compared to CPLY.
