- Turkish mills have booked two bulk scrap cargoes, sources have confirmed.
- A EU-origin cargo was booked by a West-Marmara region-based steel mill comprising 3,000 t of HMS 1&2 (80:20), 32,000 t of shredded material and 4,000 t of bonus scrap at an average price of $457/t CFR.
- In another deal, a Baltic-origin cargo comprising HMS 1&2 (80:20) was booked at $438/t CFR and bonus scrap at $453/t CFR by a West-Marmara region-based mill.
