The Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) is a state-owned electric power utility providing electric power to Taiwan and off-shore islands of Republic of China, has invited a open tender for purchase of 800,000 MT bituminous coal.
Bidder shall supply coal from Australia, Canada, Chinese Mainland, the Republic of Colombia, South Africa, the United States and Venezuela.
General conditions:
Delivery period is from November 2017 to March 2018.
The material shall be shipped by 10 Panamax size vessels, carrying 80,000 MT+/-10%.
Bidder may offer one or more shipments.
The bid bond is USD 80,000 or TWD 2,540,000 per shipment.
