The Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) is a state-owned electric power utility providing electric power to Taiwan and off-shore islands of Republic of China, has invited a open tender for purchase of 80,000 MT low sulfur sub-bituminous coal from Powder River Basin of the United States.
General conditions:
Delivery period is from 15 Oct’17 to 24 Oct’17.
The material shall be shipped by 1 Panamax size vessels, carrying 80,000 MT+/-10%.
The bid bond is USD 80,000 or TWD 2,596,000 per shipment.
