Import from USA remained stable in the month. The nation imported 0.14 MnT during Jun’16, registered a downfall of 18% Y-o-Y.

Import from Japan increases by 8% M-o-M
Taiwan imported 0.14 MnT of ferrous scrap from Japan during Jun’16; witnessed a growth of 8% M-o-M and 600% Y-o-Y.
50% downfall in import from Hong Kong
The nation registered a downfall of 50% M-o-M from Hong Kong. About 0.01 MnT ferrous scrap was imported during Jun’16; remained stable on yearly premises basis.
Import from Australia and Canada remains stable
Taiwan imported 0.01 MnT from Australia and the same quantity from Canada. The nation imported the same quantity in May’16 from both the countries.
