- LKAB’s delivery volumes fell by around 55% y-o-y to 3 mnt in Q1CY’24 as derailments in Dec’23 and Feb’24 caused the iron ore line to come to a standstill between Kiruna and Narvik for 76 days.
- Out of total deliveries, the volume used for pellet production stood at 95% as against 90% in Q1CY’23.
- Output stood at 6.7 mnt, down 3% from 6.9 mnt in the year-ago period.
