Sandur Manganese and Iron Ore (SMIORE) has expressed an interest to purchase 80% equity share of Arjas Steel through share purchase agreement. The completion of the acquisition is anticipated to occur in seven months, subject to customary closing conditions. ASPL is a specialised steel (alloy and microalloy) manufacturer based in Tadipatri with both upstream and downstream facilities.
