The spot price of iron ore Fe 62% fines climbed $3.10/t to $213.50/t, CFR China, on 9 Jun’21. High-grade ore premiums came under pressure as construction activities were affected by the wet weather in south China. Iron ore futures also witnessed an uptick of RMB 26/t d-o-d on 9 Jun amidst supply concerns.
