In Q2FY’26, South32’s manganese ore production declined q-o-q to 1.312 mnt (wet basis), driven by a 6% drop in Australian output to 0.806 mnt and an 8% fall in South African production to 0.506 mnt. Despite the q-o-q decline, the company maintained its FY’26 guidance. Meanwhile, production surged 58% y-o-y in H1FY’26.
