South Korean steelmakers likely to raise CR galvanised steel prices for Mar’22

Two major Korean steel producers, POSCO and Dongkuk Steel are likely to raise cold-rolled galvanised steel prices by KRW 50,000/t ($42/t) for Mar’22 sales, SteelDaily reports. The price hike is an outcome of increased raw material costs.

Prior to this, KG Dongbu and SeaHCM also raised prices of GI/PO by KRW 50,000/t ($42/t) for March.
