South Korea: Wire rope production and sales up marginally y-o-y in Jan’22

South Korea’s wire rope production and sales increased marginally y-o-y in Jan’22, as per a SteelDaily report. Production volumes rose 2% y-o-y to 12,272 t , while sales grew by a mere 0.7% to 12,078 t compared to the year-ago period.

However, on a m-o-m basis, production and sales dropped by 5.5% and 2.6% respectively in Jan.
