South Korean shipping company Pan Ocean has secured a tender from Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) for a Panamax vessel (80,000 t) to transport coal from Newcastle, Australia, to Boryeong, South Korea, with loading scheduled between 07-16 Jan’26. The freight was reportedly fixed at around $10.54/dmt FIO.
