South Korea: Major steel mills to reduce scrap buy prices by $15/t

South Korean steel mills will cut their scrap buy prices by up to KRW 20,000/t ($15/t) from 2 Dec, as per SteelDaily reports.
Hyundai Steel will lower all-grade scrap prices for its Pohang works.
Similarly, Korea Special Steel will cut scrap prices for all grades by KRW 10,000/t ($8/t) and KRW 20,000/t ($15/t), respectively.
