South Korea: Iron ore imports fall 23% m-o-m in Feb’23

South Korea’s iron ore (including pellets) imports decreased by 23% m-o-m to 4.68 mnt in Feb’23 compared to 6.11 mnt in Jan’23, as per customs data.
Australia was the leading exporter at 3.43 mnt in the month under review.
Cumulative imports were down marginally by 3% y-o-y in Jan-Feb’23 to 10.79 mnt compared to 11.13 mnt in the year ago period.
