Multiple fires broke out at POSCO’s steel plant in Pohang today impacting operations in two factories. The incident happened soon after the landfall of typhoon Hinnamnore. The fires broke out at around 7.30 am. The subsequent flooding led to the halting of operations at POSCO’s facilities, as per latest updates available with SteelMint.
