South Korea conducts AD sunset review investigation on ferro silicon imports

Acting on request from domestic companies, South Korea’s Ministry of Planning and Finance conducted the first anti-dumping sunset review inspection on ferro silicon imports from Vietnam, Ukraine and India on 22 Jul’22. The dumping investigation period is from 1 Jan-31 Dec’21, and the damage investigation period is from 1 Jan’18- 31 Dec’21. On 29 Nov’17, South Korea imposed 4.06-19.06% AD duties on ferro silicon and ferro manganese imports from the three countries.
