South Korea’s imports of cold-rolled stainless steel in May’22 stood at 34,655 t, up 83.6% from Apr, as per a SteelDaily report. However, import volumes decreased by 17.5% compared to the same month last year. The average unit price of 200 series stainless steel was assessed at $2,207/t, while the average unit price of 300 series was $3,223/t.
