S.African RB2 (5500 NAR) coal prices at Gangavaram port are assessed lower by INR 100/t d-o-d. While no deals have been heard, but major traders revealed to CoalMint, that anyone making bulk purchase is being offered RB2 coal at INR 5,500/t (exclusive of cess and GST). Demand for S.African coal continues to remain dull in India. Post holidays, API4 index also opened yesterday at $86.4/t, down by $4/t against the last week of December.
