South Africa’s chrome ore exports inched down by 3% m-o-m to 1.15 mnt in Nov’22 compared to 1.18 mnt in Oct’22.
The strike at South Africa’s port and freight rail restricted ore exports from the country in Nov’22.
Meanwhile, cumulative exports of the raw material from the country stood at 13.02 mnt in Jan-Nov’22, an increase of 4% y-o-y in the CPLY.
